This course is designed to give participants a foundational understanding of how email marketing can drive growth and recruitment for the services they offer. Participants will get set up with a free Mailchimp account and build their first email newsletter step by step. This includes creating CASL compliant email lists, writing captivating email copy, and utilizing media like graphics, images and videos. Students will also learn the value of email marketing automations, and by the end of the training will have built their first automation campaign and know which metrics to track for performance improvements.

Build Your First Website with Squarespace
This course is designed to give participants the skills to build, launch and manage a professional website for their business or organization they work for using Squarespace. Participants will be introduced to Squarespace's user-friendly interface, select a template suitable for their business, and customize their layout with essential pages such as Home, About, Contact, and Services. Learners will add text, images, and videos while ensuring mobile and desktop compatibility. They will then prepare their website for launch by connecting a custom domain, applying basic SEO, and connecting Google Analytics. The course concludes with an open workshop session where the instructor helps participants take the final steps to bring their website to life.

Introduction to Organizational Adoption of AI Tools
This 3-hour training module is designed to provide teams with a foundational understanding of how they can leverage AI tools in their day to day work to make operations more efficient, doing so ethically and responsibly. Participants will develop an awareness of how Large Language Models (LLMs) operate. By the end of the training, teams will have a roadmap to begin using AI tools in their workflows, if they choose to do so.
